Time goes by very fast..now Dec 08 and soon we will welcome 2009.Looking back..many things had happened in our life.I believe each and everyone of us have achieved some of our goals...for biz,career , personal or family.Now is the right time to plan and set a new goal for Year 2009...long term and short term goal.
Our ALS trip to OSAKA was GREAT!!..we learned a lot about Japanese culture. They have beautiful modern cities..Cosmopolitan City. Japanese women are very fashionable..very stylo,vogue and glamorous... like model..!!!Japanese man are very very hard working people..goal/result oriented...make $$$ and their wife loves shopping..wow..sound very interesting right!!
Osaka is very cold...I'm having flu..and we had Fantastic Trip..to Nara,Kyoto (enjoy so much at Universal Studio) to Kobe ( shop at factory outlet and visit Earthquake museum).Food is fabulous..we had King Crab steam boat on 1st day, Binto(sushi) on Dinner and Lobster & Scallop at our Gala Dinner).
ALS trip to OSAKA very exciting with many new development in our market.7 New Diamonds from Malaysia and 5 New Diamonds from Singapore. Few Moving Up pins too... diamond to Founders,to Exec Diamond, Triple Diamonds etc.
AMWAY putting so much effort in helping every one of us to grow and get more rewards each year.
Next year Focus in on Health and Beauty . Amway will introduce Artistry Essential , Pure While Sample,Nutrilite CH Balance (green tea extract )..Protein Green Tea and Nutrilite Fibre Blend
Some good news... Price increased scheduled in March has been postponed until further notice.AMWAY also will focus on penetrating Malay market..lots of program coming in next year. Our Brand New Sophisticated Warehouse will complete by Sept or Oct 09...will definitely giving New Image to all of us.
Another good news for us is Amway Shoppe will be opened in BINTULU 1st Quarter of next year. Good opportunity to all of us to spread our wing to Bintulu.

CEP Price Revision

We would like to thank you for your continuous support. We are continually inspired and motivated to support all of you as best we can and to provide you with quality business support materials. The monthly Continuing Education Program (CEP) is no exception. With this in mind, we have found that we have no choice but to increase the price of CEP come March 1st, 2009 due to the rising cost of raw materials and production.
However, the good news is, YOU WILL NOT BE AFFECTED by this price increase. That is correct. As a token of appreciation for your loyalty and continuous support all these years, your CEP subscription will continue at the old price. However, if you do terminate and decide to re-subscribe or add to your subscription on 1st of March 2009 onwards, you will be charged the new price.

If you are in the zone, u gain incredible experiences, and all your effort and whatever you do will not be wasted, because these are part of the journey to success, as this is how you are polished into a Diamond. Which footsteps that take you to the top of Mount Everest? Not the last step, but all the steps from the first step to the last step. No steps are wasted.Norihah

Today i've an incredible experiece for my QI. I suppose to meet up with my prospect, Robin who is from a referal contact today 10am at third mile area, kuching to pass him a copycat marketing book & do a short quality invite. When i met up with him, then i just get to know that he is a blind man working at a blind reflexology & massage shop and can't see me. I plan to lend him a book today but i didn't have any cd in my car with me to lend out to him as he can't read as i suppose to only do a QI. Therefore, this is my first time to do QI by only talk explaining the E/S/B/I quadrant of robert kiyosaki. That is an incredible experience as he keep on telling me i don't know whether im suitable for what you're doing because of my handicapped and he tell me his experience with other network marketing, and here i need to apply the knowledge we acquire from the recommended book that we read d! aily and handle him without hurting him and that's challenging, that make me really realize that frankly speaking everyone of us are very lucky to born without any handicapped and we can build our business in lot more easier ways if compared to people who is less unfortunate than us and sometimes we might come out with some excuse not to show the plan and etc. Im really lucky and learn a lot today. A QI experience which i never forget. Tomorrow i might meet up with him again and share with him nutrilite supplements and other household products which he might need because our product is good and can help him be healthier and add value to his life, hopefully he trust me.

May WLS 2008 with Shankar & Mia Bala (Aust)
Last WLS was really an extra EXCITING and WONDERFUL WLS for me, and it's EXTRA EXTRA SPECIAL for our beloved mentor NORIHAH for she was recognised as our new 1st EMERALD under N21 at Sarawak!!!!!
*It was really a big celebration, our EDC Simon and Diana came up to the stage and spoke a bit about her, and its sooo coool and as a sanguine, I juz lurve celebration.
* Look at those ribbons all around! How cool is that?? Do u get this elsewhere??? Maybe, maybe not. But here, you certainly can.
We did a small collection, and bought a really fluffy nice small teddybear for her wif a card, and as expected someone else gave a bigger teddy! But its alright, I guess, but look! You can't see our teddy gift from here! Its in a paper bag at the left, n I can't see it. Dang
Aunty Nor gave a really heartfelt speech, and her mom was there, and the hall clapped and recognised her mum!!! And it's so touching!! Do you want your parents to be proud of what u've done?????????
It was really such a great experience and not to mention the teachings and inspiration I got from the speakers, Shankar and Mia Bala from Australia!!!!
One of the highlights is that I got to be seated at the VIP table with our EDC Diana Choo and DD Mia Bala along with Norihah, Saptuyah, one of Ruby's team and another Indian IBO during MY 1ST ART TO HEART SESSION! N it's soooo co0ooollll to talk to all these ppl - esp Mia and Diana -->> I would like to thank Norihah for if it's not for her I won't be seated at the VIP table.
From left, Diana, the girl from ruby's grp--she came in 2nd, Mia and of course me. Isn't Mia beautiful? And she's in her late forties. Boleh x????
Can you imagine? My 1st Art2Heart, and I was tailing Norihah -- I had no idea what to wear, I juz put on the Kebaya (actually that Kebaya was for my Dream Nite) and juz followed her to the session. At the entrance, the woman at the counter ticked my name off (after she's done talking wif Norihah and Saptuyah of coz) she went, "why, you're the lucky one!" and I was like, in my mind, 'What lucky? Is it coz it's my 1st Art2Heart? or maybe I'm wif Norihah? ... Must be coz I'm wif Norihah...' yala, mestila coz of her, coz she's Emerald and so on right? So entering the hall, suddenly I heard that Emerald Shaw Jean, I theenk, mispronnounced my name (but its okayyy) calling me, Norihah, the other girl and Saptuyah up to the front to be seated at the VIP table!!!! Omigosh I just went weak in my knees, I wonder how I looked like in my Kebaya and I was like, tolong! hahaha its not that I'm worried, but I'm juz too excited.
And that's not it, the next thing I knew they were announcing the 1st timers -- cooollll, and then I came in 1st as the toppest pv qualification wif 810 coz Aunty Nor updated me ON TIME, which I'm sooooo grateful for, coz there are others who did more pv 1st timers than me, and they didn't get it coz they didn't update on time. Omigosh, THANK YOU AUNTY NOR!!! I really have no idea, but I juz remembered during the last update, Aunty Nor msged me and asked me to update, my mum and me quickly calculated and send the msg right away. Who knows coz of that simple thing I got to seat wif the Diamonds??????????? Boleh x??? Anywho, I had fun, and there's sharing from Mia, which made Diana cried on stage, and sharing from Norihah also, and guess what's the next reward for Art2Heart? FREE SHOPPING!!!! I am SOOOO joining in for this one! Come on girls!!! Let's go for this! They're bringing in designers wif designers' clothes, shoes and accessories and everything! I want!!!!
There's always so many things I learned during a WLS, and this WLS I would like to thank all my biz partners for juz deciding to come and being there, coz WLS is a very good positive environment whehter ur in the biz or not, and I always want to share good things to all the ppl I know, and your presence made all the difference. And also thanks to my mum, and all my crosslines, and of course to Aunty Nor and once again, Congratulations for being Emerald, I know you have big goals to go diamond, and we all want to be part of your goal. InsyaAllah. YAY!

Besides being recognized as New Emerald ....we had another experience as well...accommodation problem..WOW really test my patience and very challenging...when things happen at the very last minutes and unexpected.
Anyway...we managed to settled it on time.
Together with Zulkifli and Surenawati (our organizer) I would like to apoplogize for what had happened and the inconveniences caused by this issue.I know it is not easy and at that time its really impossible for me to make everybody happy. Thanks for your cooperation and understanding.They are yet to get the payment from the person who they entrusted with the payment.

Solution Mode
I was soooooo fired up this weekend. The speakers Ariel and Ambec from Philiphines was awesome! I always enjoyed the WLS, and I truly believe this kind of event is something soooooo positive for u, whether ur in the business or not. Honestly.
I always soaked up everything that I can soaked up during the Weekend, and I am sooo grateful for Ling and Lili, who turned up for the Weekend. Thank you friends, your presence alone is something I really appreciated. This Weekend I learned a new word in the business, which I never associated it to the business before, but this is what I learned:
Do u think its not good? At first I thought its not, but its WLS, and WLS is a positive environment, and the business taught you to make the best out of everything, and Im making the best out of this Weekend. I was soooo fired up to move forward in the business I can feel the tears coming in. My visualization is never as powerful as now, I can feel the scenes and everything for the Aug WLS.
Im sold out, I made my uncomfortable steps in this business, I received so many rejections but Im immune to all that already. I attended my Silver Eagle Meeting, I attended my LC meeting, omigosh! this is my 1st time I hear Abel talking, and I can soooooooooooo relate to him that evening I actually laughed my head off when he did the windtunnel grp echo thing, and ppl around me was like, whats wif this girl??? anyway I lurve him for that its amazing, and I hate Fathiah. Why? Coz shes soooo good in dreams and affirmations, she did the visualization thing during builders meeting, and I juz cant wait to get OUT from the hall. As soon as I saw Ling, I couldnt help it, I burst out into tears. I cant believe myself! Fathiah did the visualization thing, she asked us to close our eyes and listen to her voice, imagining ur future! and that ur a WINNER. Shes so good at that, and tears came coz I can SEE myself in the future that I want, I really do.
And its not the only tears during the Weekend. During DreamNight, Jin was there joining us with her own team, and I know Im going ELC for June, and SP for August, and I just want to express my gratitude and appreciation for Jin, who helped me so much when Im doing the business in KL, and I just cried. I want to succeed in this, this is all I got.
Competition. Thats it. I wont tell so much about that but that fired me up like ****!!!!

Siberia is Nothing by Staffan Ohlson
Here's a snippet I got from Norihah, my power mentor in Kuching. It's always, always inspiring to listen to CEP and I lurrrrve Staffan Ohlson!!! He was my 1st Weekend, and 1st Weekend probably changed me life!!! I wonder if he's married already?? hehehe

I have listened to this CD by Diamond Staffan Ohlson and find it very inspiring, so I thought I shall share with all the winners fighting for their next goal. Summary as below. All the best in achieving your next goals!
1. Staffan ohlson had 12% leg 4, 9% leg 5 and 6% leg 6 in Oct and he went Diamond in July the next year by bringing up his leg 4 and leg 5 to 21% in Dec and leg 6 to 21% in Jan.
2. In the process he realised 4 key points.
a. If situation is tolerable, u wont change -> meaning if u feel comfortable with yr situation now, you will not work hard to change. Find a reason.
b. When u make a decision to move to next level, all good news will come to you -> the right persons went to him after he announced his goal to be a diamond.
c. You always have less time than u think -> Start work now!!! Hesitate no more, when it's too late to realise your goal cannot be achieved.
d. All obstacles are good news and will give u good results -> he got results after overcoming obstacles.
3. Your group is your mirror.
4. When his town is flooded (up to care roof height) and telecommunications broke down, he turned up to info nite and found all his 40-50 leaders are there. That is how they know if each others are still alive. This is the culture he inculcated in his team to be totally 100% committed as they take full ownership regardless of challenges.

Pure
i really need to learn how to visualize. i think i'm okay with verbalizing, i write stuff all the time, but to visualize is really not easy. ok maybe i can but do i heartfelt it? every true dream that u really really want it with all ur heart and desire, it'll bring tears to ur eyes. it consumed u up so much u felt like crying, its as if ur shaking with excitement, it something that u never felt before. and that's juz visualizing ur dream. to visualize it in every little point, every little thing that matters, it's amazing. how can it be when someone show u the plan, when u see the potential of achieving ur dreams, u have tears in ur eyes?! Tears during showing the plan! this is something i wanna do man. and peter, one day u'll know me. soon enuff. InsyaAllah.
3rd May 08 Beautiful Heart
i totally jumped at the 1st opportunity to see Peter again.
Paid RM 25 and i'm counting the day...
He was thinner than i remember, looking more gorgeous than usual, but then again I'm juz an LC in his biz. He was teaching us about counselling, edification and no crosslining and he spend the evening calling on his ppl to stage and edify them to tears. Well, at least enuff to overwhelm the crowd. I'm not sure about others, but I always, always and this is the second time i'm in a function with him, always become innovative. I mean, when he's talking, it's like, in ur head ur thinking of ways to make ur life better n make ur biz better its like he's convincing you that you still have a chance that u can do it! u can and only u can do it! no one else! its soooo powerful. he said edification is empowering and he wasn't even edifying me! he said he couldn't edify someone he doesnt know because edification comes from the heart! edify is supposed to be pure and true! edify is empowering! making ppl feel good about urself! i donno but he's something else.

I have so many dreams in my life. well, not many but some big major ones. i used to think perhaps these dreams are too big for me, but i thought again, it is up to me to decide. Coz there is no such thing as big or small dreams. There is only a dream, and its up to u whether ur thinking of it or not. N its not some wishful thinking either. what makes dreaming not so easy is dat u actually need to
verbalize and visualize
it. Can i do it? Sometimes to truly visualize your dreams is not as easy as it seems. Honestly. How can I imagine my institute look like really? But i know i'm going to own one.
11th Nov 07 - my turning point = PETER COX
I said I would post up a blog about him, n here I am.
Although the ‘Cox-effects’ (as I called it) is beginning to wear off, the memory of him stays inside me. He’s the MOST extraordinary person I have ever met, yet (yet is coz I’m young n I still got a life ahead of me so its possible that I might meet someone like him again). I came to the LC seminar feeling a lil bit hopeless about this, n I came coz my mum paid for this. Or maybe I paid? But it doesn’t matter. The thing is I paid for the seminar, n if its paid I must c all the money’s worth. N its EVERY PENNY worth it. For the biz, maybe but for my part it’s ALL worth it to juz meet PETER COX.
Seriously. I’m a sanguine so I exaggerate a lot, but my secondary temperament is melancholy, so I’m like a bit quiet n v thoughtful n almost negative about the whole thing, coz I don’t c the point of going if I feel hopeless about it. But as I said, its all being paid, n for my part, its all juz worth it juz to meet someone like peter cox.
I donno how to describe him. He’s almost like larger than life, y’knoworimean? Seriously, he’s juz someone I juz want to watch n observe n observe n listen n still I don get tired of observing him. He’s weird. He’s intriguing. He’s someone u wonder if he really feels the same way as he displays his emotions n thru wat he said. He’s juz like too good to be true. He’s very ambitious. He’s very determined. I can c he’s a sanguine too, but the other? He’s probably choleric. He's got d precise definition of a true choleric. His sanguine gave him an aura, aura dat everybody likes. N like, u can trust him. He’s like a politician. U juz got to trust him. N the thing is he knows he doesn’t need to get ppl to trust him; ppl juz automatically trusts him. Getworimean? I donno wat to say about him. he scares me n yet I want to meet him n talk to him. its juz stupid. I mean, like, hello? He’s a human being too.
Anyway, it was really unexpected when I finally get to meet him face to face. It was really lucky too, coz I’m early, wif few other cross lines in an elevator, n then it opened, n then its him! I calmed myself down enuff to pick up my courage to ask for a photo. N he looked at me wif the SAME expression he gave me when he signed in my journal last night on stage (wif dozens of ppl mind u): its an expression dat challenges ur individuality. I donno, maybe its like he’s trying to search within u, n try to c wat u r really deep inside, n c whether if it matches wat he thought of me. He’s looking in my eyes, n I’m almost scared but I looked on. Of course y would he spend time trying to figure out me coz he's so famous n everyone wants a piece of him n everything, so he looked away 1st. but even though for a briefest of a second, its really something no stranger has ever given me before. He’s so weird! N so out of this world. Ok, so out of my 22 years old world anyway. I mean, not dat I meet lots of ppl like him, perhaps if I travel more I wouldn’t be surprise but he’s really one of a kind.
In a way, I would want to meet him n get to know him again. Perhaps one day when I finally become successful in my life n luv life, I’ll get on wif my biz n achieve a desirable passive income, we’ll meet again. Its ambitious, I know. But dats wat i learn dat from peter cox.
N wif great power comes responsibility.
